Activity- biking to school
From 22/09/23 to 12/10/23
This was when I was cycling back home, I did the same distance in the morning but my watch didn't save my progress.

My goal when cycling to and from school was to cycle as fast as I could in as little time as possible. However, when looking at the results, there was no clear improvement because from the beginning of October, the days were getting more and more windy, which slowed me down quite a lot. The wind was usually against me when I rode towards school, when riding back home, the situation was better. Although the improvement is not directly visible, I felt that my stamina improved as at times I had to pedal very hard to contradict the wind which made me very exhausted.
My watch only recorded 0.86km of the total 4km distance, but when looking at the 'workout duration', the 4km took me around 16min.

Learning outcomes/reflection
This short experience has allowed my stamina to improve and made me healthier. My plan was to do this during the season of Autumn when the weather was good. It made me a risk taker as it was quite challenging on some days as I was tired or the wind was strong. I still feel I could improve by riding longer distances and potentially with a lower gear. An ethical concern with biking is that in Krakow, there is a lot of smog so when biking a lot of this is breathed in which can be bad for your health. Moreover, I need to be careful not to hurt myself or anyone around me when biking. Overall, I think biking is a sustainable way to travel as it is healthy and reduces carbon dioxide emissions which would happen when traveling by car.
That sounds good. Evidence is clear (when you start again, include some photos, too)
